The love for botany of the Countess Julia Festetics (1753-1824) an outstanding woman of her age has inspired the design of the collection. Her amazing collection of the flora and fauna of the lakeside is pure beauty and gives an insight into the free-minded spirit and curiosity of Julia. Her collection now is the basis of the Hungarian Museum of Natural History. In the summertime in the Káli Basin (north shore of the lake) nature dazzles with many simple wonders; this time further from the water's edge. Join us in a pique-nique in the summer field to discover the flora and fauna that inspired our most extensive collection to date: delicate flowers, frail petals, and the sound of little bug wings come alive on a sultry summer afternoon.

The patterns and styles of our SS24 collection were inspired by the botanical world, which was so dear to the countess. In the new collection - in which the modern, urban lifestyle and casual lakeside elegance are mixed - this time, the designs of Eszter Füzes take central stage. The collection features lightweight, levitating, generous shapes that promote the cosmopolitan, elegant way of life lived by Julia Festetics. The dresses, skirts, and tops come alive in natural, lightweight materials, such as silk, cotton and viscose.

The patterns - created by artist Lilla Schuch and digitally developed by Balázs Kéri - play a more prominent role than in any of our collections so far: they are the narrators of the botanical stories. Fragile flowers and paper-thin petals appear on the garments with an incredible wealth of detail - just like when a passionate collector puts his feared treasures under a magnifying glass to admire their every detail. The loose watercolor shapes are complemented by thin, drawn lines that are reminiscent of the detailed lithographs of the XIXth century. The rich color palette is dominated by cold blues, ocher, and warm orange and red hues.

The pieces of the collection come to life with exciting textures, layers, characterful colors, rich patterns, and embroidered details, evoking the countess's collection. In addition to the botanical and insect motifs, geometric cement tile shapes also appear on the clothes, which create an exciting contrast with the floral romanticism.

The swimwear line - designed by Angéla Mészáros - is subtle and elegant, easy to combine with the collection's other pieces. The pieces of the men's collection carry a casual but stylish sense of life: loose, silky sets, printed shirts, and elegantly cut trousers debut in our menswear line.

We invite you to a journey full of discoveries about precious botanicals, manifested in art and fashion.
