The colours of the collection are inspired by the red and orange hues of the setting sun and the calm shades of green and blue of the water of the lake. Each piece is designed with a touch of Balaton
The new collection is a creative mix of signature styles and new shapes, lines, fits, and materials. The trademark watercolour technique remains, with new additions to the previously seen flora and fauna of the lake, like the symbolic water lily or the white-lined sphinx. The main motif of the season is the elegant heron. With their light, calm and noble movements, surrounded by the gracefully swinging reeds, they complete and complement the delicacy of the PELSO pieces.
PELSO – Still Waters Run Deep
The PELSO – SS22 collection is inspired by the shallow edges and deep corners of Lake Balaton, bringing back signature colours, techniques, and styles, and introducing new handmade paintings made into digitalised prints. Freshwater fish, native to the lake, appear on the beloved PELSO pieces as prints, bringing a little slice of Balaton to your summer days.
Longing for the Unknown – Roam Free
The Roam Free collection comes alive with the colours of the scorching midday sun, the soft hues of a long sunset, the ripe colour of nature in bloom and the soothing shades of water. The dominating motives are inspired by the majestic creature of the savannah, the effortless yet purposeful leopard who is known to embrace freedom like no other. The prints are unique handmade paintings that appear on the pieces in a digitalised format.
